We also reserve the right to cancel an order without a proper address. Also, note that as we receive the parcel we will give the store credits to your marlandvape wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing.
General Points to Remember
1) If you want to return the product, then you need to inform marlandvape customer care team after receiving the parcel within 24 hours via e-mail.
2) Refunds will be entertained in the form of store credits only.
3) Customer needs to self-courier the product to the warehouse address after receiving return instructions by customer care team via e-mail.
4) In case of a defective product or damage, marlandvape customer care team will first of all analyze & validate the product & then process the refunds.
