To download the My Vuse app on a IOS device, please follow the steps below. The iOS MyVuse App is powered by the Nuviu app and can be installed on iOS 14.5 and newer. To take full control of your ePod 2+, please follow these instructions carefully:

ePod 2+ Design, Battery & Charger

The Vuse ePod 2+ literally extends the design of the ePod 2 device with an slightly taller angular body, shaped to fit the ePod 2 charger and other ePod accessories (except the Travel Case). The ePod 2+ also features a slim button on the side to facilitate Bluetooth pairing, and lock or unlock the device to prevent auto-firing and battery loss. The ePod 2+ is puff activated with a quiet draw, and the intuitive design is easy for new vapers to use, with advanced features for existing vapers to explore. The solo device dry kit includes the battery base and charger, and prefilled cartridges are sold separately – available in a variety of flavours and nicotine strengths.

ePod Cartridges (not included)

The 1.9mL Vuse ePod cartridges easily slide into place and attach securely with a magnetic power connection. A range of flavors are available with 1.6% (18mg) of nicotine salts.  Nicotine Salt (or Nic Salt) is the naturally occurring state of nicotine found in tobacco. E-liquid with extracted nicotine salt is known to more closely emulate the nicotine absorption rate of traditional methods while providing a smoother inhale. Because of this, Nicotine Salt e-liquid is available in higher nicotine strengths than other e-liquids, and provides a more familiar experience with a smaller cloud. Closed pod vape kits like the ePod 2 are great for new vapers as it eliminates the often messy step of filling up tanks. Just plug in a new cartridge and you’re ready to go!

When should I change the ePod cartridge?
When you can see the cartridge is empty If the device stops producing vapor while charged. If vapor quality or flavour deteriorates.

How to tell if the cartridge is empty?
Remove the cartridge to view the remaining e-liquid level. Flavour deterioration may become noticeable as the e-liquid level becomes low. If the pod is empty, the green LED with flash red when inhaling and the device will not produce vapor.

What to do if the device stops producing vapor?
Verify the device is properly charged. Check if the pod is empty and replace if necessary.
Dirt in the pod housing may interrupt the connection between the device and pod. Use a tissue or dry cloth to ensure the housing and pod base are clean.

What are Nicotine Salts?
Nicotine Salt (or Nic Salt) is the naturally occurring state of nicotine found in tobacco. E-liquid with extracted nicotine salt is known to more closely emulate the nicotine absorption rate of traditional methods while providing a smoother inhale. Because of this, Nicotine Salt e-liquid is available in higher nicotine strengths than other e-liquids. Nicotine Salt e-liquid is a great option for new vapers looking for a familiar experience, or existing vapers using low wattage mouth-to-lung e-cigarette devices. Because of the higher concentration of Nicotine Salt e-liquids, they are not recommended for high wattage or sub-ohm vape devices.

How do I charge the ePod 2+ device?
To avoid risk of fire, injury and/or damage to your Vuse product or other property, only charge your Vuse device with the equipment provided in your kit, or with compatible charging accessories. E-cigarettes should NOT be charged using the USB ports of televisions, or other audio-visual equipment that is not specifically designed for the purposes of charging lithium ion cells.

What does mAh stand for?
The mAh stands for milliampere hour and indicates the electrical capacity of smaller batteries; how much charge the battery can provide.

How many puffs does an ePod cartridge produce?
Each ePod pod contains 1.9mL of e-liquid and delivers approximately 250 puffs on average, but the number of puffs may vary between vapers depending on their usage behaviour and cloud control settings.
